BME 2505 Organisational Behaviour

This is an intermediary course which introduces the student to basic concepts, principles and theories of human behavior dynamics in the organizational context. The course intends to provide theoretical
and conceptual understanding about various human behaviour orientations from psychological and sociological perspectives. The major topics include: Introduction and evolution of the concept of
organizational behaviour, Management of stress, Management of conflicts, Management of change, Motivation, Leadership, Culture and their influence on human behavior and performance.
